We love all of our clients at Soul Serenity, LLC and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Aesthetic Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
*Your skin is the largest organ of your body. And we take that VERY seriously. Therefore, ALL of our new Skincare Clients are REQUIRED to complete a Full Consultation In Person before your Facial Service. So, please plan on 2 hours for your first Facial appointment*
*Our doors remain locked during services. This allows us to provide our clients with 100% of our attention in a safe environment free from interruption. If you arrive to your appointment and our doors are locked, please be patient as we will be with you as soon as we are able*
*Please come alone to your appointment unless you are accompanying a client under the age of 18*
*If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment*
*Please notify the salon of any allergies and/or handicaps before your appointment so we may serve you better*
We REQUIRE a 24-Hr notice for cancellations.
Appointments canceled without a 24-Hr notice will be subject to a fee.
New Clients - If you No Show on your first appointment, you will NOT be rebooked.
Established Clients - No Show Appointments Will REQUIRE a Non-Refundable Deposit paid by credit card, for ALL Future Appointments. After a second No Show, you will NOT be rebooked.
ALL Clients - If you are late to your appointment, the length of your treatment will be shortened. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to our cancellation fee.

Distance Reiki can be sent to the Past, Present, and Future. We can send it to People, Animals, and Situations to heal physically and emotionally.
When you stop in to Soul Serenity, you can simply place the name of the Person, Animal or Situation that you wish to have Distance Reiki sent. We will send Reiki to every concern in this box on the New Moon of every month.
